Founder Mike Sweebe has a family of his own, including their adorable mini poodle, Sandy. Mike understands how life changes and evolves. He lives it every day, and knows how important it is to have a home that adapts to each different stage of life.
Mike's own life changes have brought him to the realization that by helping families design homes that truly fit their needs, he can help others come closer together as a family, improving people's lives, one family at a time.

Our proven 3-phase process
Discovery
We are insatiably curious, and our process starts simply. We want to listen and truly understand your family's needs and interests. We want to hear your questions, concerns, wants and desires. We want to hear your story so that we can create a home that exceeds your expectations.
Design
During design, we put all our curiosity and listening to work for you. This is where your new home starts to take shape. From spatial planning, and (pathways??), to interior layouts, kitchen & bath options, and other details. You'll see your home come to life in 2D and 3D renderings and sketches.
Delivery
The final step is the most work intensive. It starts with construction and engineering documents which comply with local building codes. Once approved, construction begins. We'll be with you every step of the way, making sure that every detail of your home is correct, even down to the finishes and furnishings.
