A lot of our clients are couples with young children, or maybe their first child, who are moving 'out West' from the five boroughs, in need of more space, some better air, and a quieter way of life. Many houses we renovate fill-in the missing pieces, like a mudroom for kids' sports uniforms, an open view from kitchen to family room, a covered porch where parents can unwind from the day, a playroom for the kids to have their way with.
